Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be in new or slightly used condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories where possible.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or exchange.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been excessively used, intentionally damaged, or returned outside the 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
